Rip up the sausage (or rough chop) and cut the grape tomatoes in half
Fry up the chicken sausage, tomatoes and kale - you'll know you're good when the tomatoes have some little scorch marks and the sausage has browned. Be sure to add the kale at the end so it has a chance to touch the heat but not overcook on the stove. Remove from heat to a plate or bowl.
In a mixing bowl, mix together eggs, milk, and cheese. Beat in the eggs to incorporate.
Add in the fried chicken sausage, tomatoes, and eggs. The mixture should look pretty lumpy.
Pour into a ready-made pie crust, and add a little extra cheese on top, if desired (it's awesome).
Place in the oven, center rack, and bake for 1 hour. It's done when you poke a fork into the center and it comes back dry.
